Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the stems, and cut them in half.
Season the Brussels: In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure they are evenly coated.
Wrap in Bacon: Take one piece of bacon and wrap it around each Brussels sprout half, securing it with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat until all Brussels sprouts are wrapped.
Arrange in the Air Fryer: Place the bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overcrowd the basket. You may need to work in batches depending on your air fryer size.
Air Fry: Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping. The bacon should be crispy, and the Brussels sprouts tender.
Optional Glaze: Once cooked, remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic glaze for a touch of sweetness.
Garnish and Serve: If desired, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top for added flavor. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
Notes
Optional balsamic glaze and Parmesan cheese for garnish.
