1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

2-3 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust for spice preference)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the Cheesy Goodness: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, drained sweetcorn, minced garlic, finely chopped jalapeños, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Make sure everything is evenly mixed.

Bake the Dip: Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Spread it evenly and smooth the top with a spatula.

Oven Time: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Pair with tortilla chips for dipping.

Enjoy: You can serve it warm or at room temperature, but it’s best enjoyed fresh out of the oven!
