Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Coat the Fillets: Place the salmon fillets in the bowl and gently coat them with the marinade. Let them sit for about 10 minutes at room temperature to absorb the flavors.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Air Fry the Salmon: Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down if applicable. Be careful not to overcrowd. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and plate it. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.
