1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.

    Add Chicken: Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, stirring well to coat all pieces evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

      Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers. Make sure to leave a little space between each piece to ensure even cooking.

          Cook in Air Fryer: Place the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
