1 ripe avocado

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt (to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional)

2-3 tablespoons water (to thin out, if desired)

Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or a food processor.

    Combine Ingredients: Add the Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
