2 large tortillas (whole wheat or flour)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)

1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 cup fresh spinach or arugula (optional)

Olive oil spray or 1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well to ensure that the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.

      Assemble Wraps: Lay one tortilla on a clean surface. Place half of the chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla. Add a handful of fresh spinach or arugula if using, then sprinkle with a portion of the remaining mozzarella and half of the Parmesan.

        Roll the Wrap: Gently roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go to create a nice wrap. Place the wrap seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortilla and filling.

          Add Cheese Topping: Once both wraps are placed in the baking dish, pour any remaining marinara sauce over the top. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top for that cheesy crust.

            Bake: Lightly spray the tops of the wraps with olive oil or drizzle with olive oil for a golden finish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
