2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

For the Spaghetti:

8 oz spaghetti

Salt, for pasta water

1 tablespoon olive oil

Extra marinara sauce, for serving

Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or spraying it with cooking spray.
