Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup whipped cream

½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

8 wooden skewers (6-8 inches each)

Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients: Start by peeling the bananas and cutting them into thick slices (about 1-inch thick). Prepare strawberries by hulling and halving them, and drain the pineapple chunks if using canned.

Assemble the Kabobs: Take a wooden skewer and thread a piece of banana onto it, followed by a strawberry half, a marshmallow, and a pineapple chunk. Repeat this pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at both ends for handling. Each skewer should have 4-5 pieces of fruit/marshmallow.

Repeat for Remaining Skewers: Finish assembling the remaining kabobs with the leftover ingredients. You should be able to make about 8 kabobs.

Drizzle with Chocolate Sauce: Once all kabobs are assembled, place them on a serving platter. Drizzle chocolate sauce generously over the top, allowing it to cascade over the ingredients.

Add Whipped Cream: Dollop whipped cream onto each kabob or serve it on the side for dipping.

Sprinkle with Nuts: Add the chopped nuts on top or on the side for an extra crunch.

Garnish: If desired, top each kabob with a maraschino cherry for an extra touch of sweetness.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately to enjoy the freshest flavors or refrigerate until ready to serve (best enjoyed the same day).

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 4 (2 kabobs each)
