2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Pulled Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.

      Roll out Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean, flat surface. Do not separate the dough into triangles just yet.

        Create a Rectangular Sheet: Pinch the perforations of the dough together to create one large rectangle. This will help hold the filling better.

          Add the Filling: Spread an even layer of the BBQ chicken mixture over the crescent dough. Leave about 1-inch border on all sides. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken.
