Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (optional)

1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (optional)

Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or a thin layer of butter.

Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), and ranch seasoning (optional). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Roll Out Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface. Separate the dough into triangles along the perforated lines.

Fill the Dough: Place a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture at the wider end of each crescent triangle.

Roll Up: Starting from the wide end, carefully roll the dough towards the pointed end, wrapping the mixture inside. Tuck the ends in slightly to seal.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the filled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart for even baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and flaky.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
