2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing for a twist)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, plus extra for topping

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional, for extra tang)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

      Incorporate the chicken: Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until evenly coated with the creamy base.

        Add the cheese: Fold in 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese (if using). Mix until well combined.
