1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated and washed

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta (optional)

1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing or yogurt (for drizzling)

Prepare the Chickpeas: In a medium bowl, add the drained and rinsed chickpeas. Use a fork or potato masher to slightly mash them, leaving some whole for texture.
