1 lb (450g) ground beef

8 oz (225g) egg noodles

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Stir occasionally, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

      Sauté the Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the browned beef. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

        Combine Ingredients: Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
