2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 cups fresh cauliflower florets

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

    Prepare the Vegetables: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets and blanch them for about 3-4 minutes, until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.

      Make the Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.

        Combine Everything: Pour the cheese mixture over the blanched broccoli and cauliflower. Gently fold the vegetables into the cheese mixture until they are evenly coated.

          Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the olive oil until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated. This will give them a crunchy texture when baked.
