2 cups penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Blanch the Broccoli: In the same pot of boiling water, add the broccoli florets and blanch them for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

        Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.

          Assemble the Bake: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. If you like a bit of heat, sprinkle the red pepper flakes as well.

            Add Parmesan: Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top for a golden finish.
