Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

12 slider buns

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced ribeye steak and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sauté the sliced onion and green bell pepper for 5-6 minutes until they're soft and slightly caramelized. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. Return the cooked steak to the skillet, mix well, and heat for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring all ingredients are well integrated.

Assemble the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture over the buns. Top with shredded provolone cheese, then place the top halves of the buns on top.

Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture over the top of the slider buns for added flavor and a golden finish.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Serve: Carefully remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Cut individual sliders and serve them warm. If desired, offer hot sauce on the side for an extra kick!
