8 ounces fusilli or rotini pasta

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (about 2 medium breasts)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup croutons (for crunch)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
