1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, Kalamata olives, and parsley.
