2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup oats (rolled or quick)

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

1/4 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans), chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon for extra flavor

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until well combined.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
