Ingredients

2 cups pretzels, broken into pieces

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed nuts (e.g., almonds, pecans, or peanuts)

1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the entire surface for easy removal later.

Melt Semi-Sweet Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Spread Pretzels: Once melted, pour the broken pretzel pieces onto the parchment paper in an even, single layer. Use a spatula to spread them out evenly.

Drizzle Semi-Sweet Chocolate: Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate over the pretzels. Using a spatula, gently spread it out to cover as many pretzel pieces as possible. Let it sit for a few minutes to set slightly.

Melt White Chocolate: In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips using the same method as before (30-second intervals). Stir until smooth.

Drizzle White Chocolate: Once melted, drizzle the white chocolate over the pretzel and semi-sweet chocolate layer, creating a marbled effect.

Add Toppings: Before the chocolate sets completely, sprinkle the crushed nuts and optional sprinkles over the top. Add a pinch of sea salt for that sweet and salty contrast.

Chill to Set: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is completely set.

Break into Pieces: Once set, remove the bark from the refrigerator. Use your hands to break it into pieces or cut it with a sharp knife.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve the Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Bark on a festive platter or store it in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to two weeks.
