1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini or fusilli according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool completely.
