Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chia Seeds: In a small bowl, combine chia seeds and a few tablespoons of water. Stir well and let it sit for about 10 minutes until the seeds swell and form a gel-like consistency.
  • Mix the Latte Base: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir continuously until the mixture is warm but not boiling.
