Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked

1/2 cup green onions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 cup fried wonton strips, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Crab and Cheese: Gently fold in the lump crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped green onions.

Flavor It Up: Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and lemon juice to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is evenly seasoned.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly browned.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle extra chopped green onions on top for garnish. Serve warm with crispy fried wonton strips for dipping.
