Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon

1/4 cup green onions (sliced)

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for frying

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place the chicken tenders in the bowl, ensuring they're evenly coated with the seasoning mix. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge for more flavor).

In a small saucepan, combine the softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped bacon.

Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil.

Once the skillet is hot, add the marinated chicken tenders. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).

Once cooked, reduce heat and pour the cheese mixture over the tenders, allowing it to melt onto the chicken for about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.

Serve immediately, either on their own or with your choice of dipping sauce.
