2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, or nutritional yeast for a vegan option)

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Cook the Rice: Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and vegetable broth (or water).
