1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Add the broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cut chicken pieces, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked, stirring occasionally.

      Add Garlic: Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
