2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 ½ cups cooked white rice (or brown rice for a healthier option)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil (if using fresh broccoli)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli florets, steam them for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. If using frozen, you can microwave them according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

      Mix Casserole Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
