1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

Juice of 2 limes

Zest of 1 lime

1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving

Prepare the Chicken: Begin by patting the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and pour in the chicken broth. Scrape any browned bits off the bottom of the pan for extra flavor. Allow the broth to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

        Add the Cream and Flavorings: Stir in the heavy cream, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until well combined and let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
