Ingredients
  

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 medium cucumber, finely grated and drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Use a fork to mash them together until well blended.

    Add the finely grated cucumber to the feta mixture. Make sure to squeeze out any excess moisture from the cucumber using a kitchen towel or cheesecloth to prevent the dip from becoming watery.

      Stir in the minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

        Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.

          Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh dill sprigs on top.

            Serve immediately with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or spread on sandwiches. Alternatively, cover and refrigerate for an hour to enhance the flavors before serving.
