1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

    Cook the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and a splash of chicken broth. Cover and steam the broccoli for about 3-4 minutes, or until tender but still vibrant in color. Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set aside with the chicken.

      Make the Creamy Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Then, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
