1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives (or ½ teaspoon dried chives)

½ teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)

Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice for extra tang

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Add the apple cider vinegar to the mixture, continuing to stir until everything is incorporated.

Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill weed, chopped fresh chives, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly, ensuring the herbs and spices are evenly distributed throughout the dip.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary. If desired, squeeze in a little lemon juice to brighten the flavor.

Once combined, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dip to an airtight container.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
