1 head of garlic

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Roast the Garlic: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap the garlic tightly in aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cloves are soft and golden. Let cool slightly.
