Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Prep the Cauliflower: Rinse the cauliflower under cold water and cut it into bite-sized florets. Make sure to dry them thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Seasoning Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower: Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until they are well coated. Ensure all the florets are evenly covered with the spice blend.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This step helps achieve that crispy texture you desire.

Air Fry the Cauliflower: Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded (you may need to do this in batches). Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to promote even crispiness.

Check for Doneness: After 12 minutes, check the cauliflower for crispiness. If you prefer a more golden and crispy texture, continue air frying for an additional 2-3 minutes, checking frequently to avoid burning.

Garnish and Serve: Once golden brown and crispy, carefully remove the cauliflower from the air fryer. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an added zing.
