1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for serving)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Mini slider buns (8-10)

Fresh lettuce or spinach leaves (for garnish)

Slices of tomatoes (for topping)
