Ingredients

24 large cheese or meat-filled frozen ravioli

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

2 cups breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Breadings: In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, the beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.

Coat the Ravioli: Take each ravioli from the freezer and first coat it in the flour. Shake off any excess flour before dipping it into the beaten eggs. Finally, roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is well coated.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Arrange the Ravioli: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the basket. Avoid overcrowding by making sure the ravioli aren’t touching each other for even cooking.

Air Fry the Ravioli: Lightly spray the tops of the ravioli with cooking spray. Air fry them for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Carefully remove the ravioli bites from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
