2 cups vegetable broth (or water)

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: sliced avocado, pickled ginger, chili flakes

Instructions
 

Cook the Rice: In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the jasmine rice, stir, and reduce the heat to low.
