Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk (dairy or any non-dairy alternative)

½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

¼ cup white chocolate chips + extra for topping

½ cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or granola

Instructions

Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until smooth and thoroughly mixed.

Add Chocolate & Raspberries: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries, being careful not to break the raspberries too much.

Layer in Jars: Divide the oat mixture into two or four mason jars or airtight containers. Ensure there’s enough space for toppings.

Refrigerate Overnight: Seal the jars and place them in the refrigerator. Let them chill and absorb all the flavors for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Serve: In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If they seem too thick, add a splash of milk to achieve your desired consistency.

Add Toppings: Top with additional white chocolate chips, fresh raspberries, and your choice of optional toppings like crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or granola for added texture and flavor.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your deliciously decadent breakfast!
