Ingredients

12 slider buns

6 large eggs

¼ cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 thick slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

1 medium avocado, sliced

1 ripe tomato, sliced

½ cup spinach or arugula

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Eggs: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Layer in the cooked scrambled eggs, followed by the chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, tomato, and spinach.

Top and Bake: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the fillings. You can spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top buns if desired. Cover the baking dish loosely with aluminum foil.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, removing the foil for the last 5 minutes to get the tops golden and crisp.

Serve: Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and cut into individual sliders. Serve warm for a delightful breakfast treat!
