2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

2 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, blanch the florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until vibrant green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside. If using frozen, simply thaw and drain.

      Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Mix in the Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, blanched broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Stir until everything is well coated with the sauce.

          Assemble the Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Evenly spread it out and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

            Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.

              Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
