2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small red onion, sliced

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour if you have time).

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and slightly golden. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

      Add Vegetables: Once the chicken is cooked, add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

        Warm the Tortillas: While the chicken and veggies are cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate dry skillet or wrap them in aluminum foil and place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes.
