2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium zucchini, diced

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), chopped

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Pan: In a large oven-safe skillet or casserole dish, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

      Add the Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
