2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (for garnish)

For the Ramen:

4 cups chicken broth

2 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

1 cup baby spinach

1 carrot, julienned

2 green onions, sliced

2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)

Chili flakes (to taste)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, mix sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.

      - Add the chicken thighs and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

        Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

          - In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

            - Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

              - Pour in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir continuously until the sauce starts to thicken, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

                Cook the Ramen:

                  - In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.

                        Cook the Chicken:
