2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Optional: Additional fresh basil leaves for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Start by preheating your grill or a skillet to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. Once cooked, remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
