4 ripe heirloom tomatoes (sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds)

8 ounces fresh buffalo mozzarella (sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds)

1 cup fresh basil leaves (whole)

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

Sea salt (to taste)

Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

Prepare the Tomatoes and Mozzarella: Start by washing the heirloom tomatoes under cool water. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds, ensuring you maintain their shape. Do the same with the buffalo mozzarella, cutting them into equal-sized rounds.
