Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup mixed berries (frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup chopped nuts or granola (for added crunch and texture)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries, honey/maple syrup, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup, if desired. Blend again to mix thoroughly.

Prepare the Molds: Take your popsicle molds and pour the blended mixture into each mold, filling them about three-quarters full to allow for expansion during freezing.

Add Crunch (Optional): If you like some texture, sprinkle a bit of chopped nuts or granola into each mold, pushing them down slightly into the yogurt mixture.

Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Make sure they stand upright.

Freeze: Carefully place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: Once frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the pops. Gently pull the pops from the molds and enjoy your delicious, protein-packed frozen treats!
