Ingredients

3 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1/2 cup coconut water (or sweetened water for more flavor)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: small mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, halved strawberries, coconut water, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust: Give the mixture a taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little more honey or syrup and blend again.

Fill Molds: Pour the blended fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Insert Sticks: If your molds allow, insert sticks halfway into the mixture. If not, you can freeze them for about 1-2 hours until the mixture is slightly set, and then insert the sticks.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Unmold: To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the pops out.

Garnish and Serve: If desired, add a mint leaf to each pop for a refreshing look. Enjoy your refreshing Kiwi Strawberry Pops!
