2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

Zest of 2 limes

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

    Combine with Yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lime zest, lime juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
