2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness, optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

In a blender, add the chopped strawberries, sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

    Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can leave some small pieces of fruit for texture if desired.

      Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.

        Prepare a muffin tin or silicone cupcake molds by lightly greasing them with cooking spray.

          Pour the yogurt mixture evenly into the molds, filling each cup to the top.

            If using granola, sprinkle a teaspoon on top of each cup for added crunch.

              Place the muffin tin or molds into the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

                To remove the yogurt cups, let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes. For silicone molds, gently push from the bottom to release.

                  Serve immediately, garnishing with fresh mint leaves if desired.
