1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup water

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

Vegetable oil (for frying)

_For the coating:_

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

_For the frozen yogurt:_

2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare the Frozen Yogurt:

    - In a blender or food processor, combine sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

      - Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 2 hours, or until it’s firm enough to scoop.

        Make the Churro Batter:

          - In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil.

            - Once boiling, remove from heat and quickly stir in flour, cinnamon, and baking powder until a dough forms.

              - Allow the mixture to cool slightly before transferring it to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

                Fry the Churros:

                  - Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (175°C).

                      - Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
