Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup granola or nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate shavings

1 tablespoon coconut flakes (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Line the Baking Sheet: Take a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) and line it with parchment paper. This will prevent the yogurt from sticking and make it easier to remove later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, aiming for a thickness of about 1/4 inch.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly across the yogurt layer. Next, add the granola or nuts, being sure to distribute them evenly for a satisfying crunch. Finish with mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate shavings and the coconut flakes if using.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt bark to freeze for at least 2-4 hours, or until it is completely solid.

Break into Pieces: Once fully frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Carefully lift the yogurt bark off the parchment paper and break it into desired-sized pieces.

Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
